SNOW SNOW SNOW

Surprisingly, Southern Maryland was one of the areas that really got blasted by the recent storm. We had 10" in the driveway. No school, and considering Armin was going to take a 1/2 day anyway (we closed on a refinance), what the heck...TAKE THE WHOLE DAY OFF!

This was Jack's first snow. And he made some of the best comments. "Mommy! Look at all the snow! It's so beautiful."

Later that day we went over and surprised the Shaddix's...their daughter Ellie and Jack attend daycare together. After destroying their house, we got them outside for a bit.


I think Ellie's look is because she's eaten about 40 snowballs by this point. Her mother said she actually wanted to have snow for dinner, so her dad got a bowl to bring it inside.

Jack tended to wander off into the deep snow, until rescued by his father.
